Of the estimated 6 Billion pounds of trash bags made every year in the USA, most contain only a small amount of post-consumer resins (PCR). At the same time we have billions of pounds of used shopping bags available, which for the most part are not accepted by curbside recycling programs in the USA.

Six companies are pledging to use 100% reusable, recyclable or compostable packaging by 2025 at the latest.

BEVERAGE BOTTLES The vast majority of beverage bottles are made from PET (Polyethylene terephthalate), it makes up about 18% of polymers produced globally. That bottle can be turned without loss of properties into a perfect functioning, aesthetically pleasing and food contact approved post-consumer plastic beverage bottles again!
