EREMA Growth Accelerates as Plastics Recycling Continues to Grow Around the World

EREMA's technology is increasingly in demand around the world. The company is expanding facilities and hiring in both Europe and North America.

The global market for plastic recycling should grow from $26.5 billion in 2020 to $34.4 billion by 2025, at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 5.4% for the forecast period of 2020-2025.

As demand for leading plastics recycling technology is accelerating, EREMA is responding with significant investments.

 

At the company's headquarters in Ansfelden, Austria additional production and office space is being added, including:

  • An additional 3,000 square meters of storage space
  • An additional 2,200 square meters of production space, nearly doubling production areas
  • An additional 2,500 square meters of office space and a new training center for apprentices

The EREMA Global Headquarters in Ansfelden Expands to Meet Global Demand for Leading Plastics Recycling Technologies

 

The company's North American Headquarters in Ipswich, MA (near Boston) is adding 10,000 square feet of space to support additional parts and services capacity as well as the ability to run tests for new applications.

This work is due to be completed late summer 2021.
