Our in-house recycling systems are available as integrated inline or separate offline solutions.

In-line recycling makes it no longer necessary to collect and temporarily store production waste. This material is simply automatically fed back into the process. This equates with zero logistics requirement.

Offline solutions need intermediate storage, but are designed so that the new sequence quickly becomes part of the daily production process.

The return on investment is extremely short because lower quantities of primary raw materials are needed. And the plastic production waste disposal costs are now zero.

In-house recycling systems from EREMA are converting production waste directly from the production process into the recycling system creating an efficient closed-loop system which reduces storage and transport requirements.

EREMA machines can be integrated directly into the existing process and EREMA recycling machines run virtually automatically. Operation is simple thanks to Smart-Start technology, meaning that no additional personnel are needed. With EREMA recycling systems the re-feeding rate into the production process is up to 100%.
